Because we love to start the day in a relaxed way, at Haller, every day begins in a relaxed and carefree way – you can enjoy breakfast either in the AO Restaurant or in the comfort of your suite. Sweet or savory, our focus is always on honest, locally sourced products.

Look forward to oven-fresh brioches and homemade cakes, handcrafted jams and fruit compotes, hearty egg dishes, and fresh dairy products from the Brixen/Bressanone.
For a healthy start to the day, we offer homemade granola, porridge, or Bircher muesli, complemented by fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our bread comes from the Profanter natural bakery and is still made by hand.
