The inventive chefs prefers to serve and explain their dishes themselves when time permits. Teresa provides good company with over 193 labels, south and north of the Alps. For wine lovers, we serve natural wines, wild yeasts and winemakers.

A refreshment in the afternoon, or a wine talk to get to know winemakers and people, the before or after dinner drink is served here.
And even if it's not really dinner time, you can have a wonderful "Aperitivieren" (South Tyrolean slang for a glass of wine or aperitif + a tasty bite to go with it) at our AO Wine Bar.

FARM TO TABLE
Our vegetable garden
Our connection with nature is deep:
Behind our property there is not only the vineyard, but also our vegetable garden and various fruit plants that provide us with fresh ingredients and inspiration for new dishes.
All of this is managed by senior owner Hans and our kitchen team.
The kitchen team helps plan the garden and is responsible for harvesting the produce every day (May through November).
This not only reinforces the closeness to the produce and nature, but more importantly the team dynamic.
Chef Levin also goes to the woods to collect herbs, sprouts, and wild mushrooms.
