Free range eggs from happy South Tyrolean hens, regional ham & bacon, cheese, fresh fruits, homemade jams, hearty egg dishes, 'Brimi' yoghurt from the dairy farm in Brixen/Bressanone,
homemade granola and muesli, handmade bread, oven-warm brioches and cakes from Julia, our patisserie.
We are happy to serve our late riser breakfast for a small supplement on the suite. Breakfast in bed or on the terrace in your own suite.

Play cards, read the papers, have a drink and taste traditional dishes. Our mission is your relaxation. From sandwiches, to salads with a new special every day, all accompanied by a good glass of wine. For those of you who don´t fancy lunch or dinner in the restaurant the bar is an excellent and informal alternative. Feeling peckish, simply pop in at any time of the day for an aperitif and a tasty treat.
