Regarding the hotel:
 

• What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from2:00 pm.
For arrivals after 7:00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance
(as reception is not open 24-hours).

Check-out is requested by 11:00 am.
Upon request, we are happy to check availability for an early check-in or a late check-out.
 



• Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes, free, not covered parking is available directly at the Haller Suites for our guests.
 



• Is there a charging station for electric cars?

Yes, we offer a charging station for electric vehicles.
Usage is available for an additional fee.
 



• How far is the hotel from the center of Brixen?

The center of Brixen can be reached in just a few minutes, either by foot, by car, or by public transport.
 



• How do I get from the train station Brixen/Bressanone to the Haller Suites?

From the train station, the Haller Suites can be reached within a few minutes by taxi or bus.

To support sustainable travel, we also offer a free hotel shuttle service from and to Brixen train station upon request.
 



• Is the BrixenCard included in the stay?

Yes, our guests receive the BrixenCard.

It allows free use of public transportation throughout South Tyrol, discounted admission to the Acquarena swimming poolmuseums in Brixen, and one ascent and descent on the Plose cable cars (excluding August, September, and the winter season), as well as access to Brixen’s extensive cultural and hiking program.

Upon request, we are happy to provide the BrixenCard in advance for your arrival. In this case, a pre check-in is required.
 



• Is the hotel child-friendly?

Yes, children are very welcome.

A baby cot can be added to every suite.

Our child rates apply when staying in the parents’ room or suite (2 adults).

Children under 12 years are free to decide in the evening according to appetite; therefore, we do not offer half board for children. Table consumption and any additional extras will be charged separately.
 



• Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Yes, dogs are welcome. Please inform us already at the time of inquiry.

The fee is €28.00 per day.
We kindly ask you to bring your own dog essentials, such as a blanket or bed, food bowl, and muzzle. Your dog is also welcome in the restaurant.

Dogs are not allowed in the Corner Suites.
 



• Are there barrier-free rooms available?

Yes, we offer barrier-free suites.
Please contact us directly so we can check whether we can meet your individual needs.
 



• What is the difference between a Balcony Suite and a Terrace Suite?

The Terrace Suites feature a spacious terrace ranging from 12 m² to 44 m².

The Balcony Suites offer a balcony of 7 m².

Both categories are south-facing and offer views of the surrounding nature and the town of Brixen.
 



• Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel.
 



• Is breakfast included in the price?

Yes, a served à la carte breakfast with regional products is included in the overnight rate.
 



• Are vegetarian or gluten-free breakfast options available?

Yes, we offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
We kindly ask you to inform us in advance about any food intolerances.
 



• What activities are available in the surrounding area?

The surrounding area offers hiking trails, cycling routes, cultural highlights, and culinary experiences.
In winter, guests can enjoy ski resorts, winter hiking, and tobogganing.

Yes, the AO Restaurant is open to both hotel guests and external visitors.
 



• What type of cuisine does the AO Restaurant offer?

We serve modern alpine cuisine prepared with regional and seasonal products, accompanied by a carefully selected range of South Tyrolean wines, primarily from organic and biodynamic production.
 



• Are gluten-free dishes available?

Yes, gluten-free dishes are available upon request.
We kindly ask you to inform us at the time of reservation.
 



• Are lactose-free dishes available?

Yes, lactose-free dishes are available upon request.

• Are allergies taken into account?

Yes, we take allergies and food intolerances very seriously.

• Can the AO Restaurant be booked for events?

Yes, the restaurant can be exclusively booked for private celebrations, weddings, christenings, or corporate events.
We would be happy to create a tailor-made offer for you.
